1. General policy
Refund requests are reviewed individually. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund for the current paid period.
